I, Anita 58 years old and paraplegic for 40 years, am looking for reinforcement for my team.

After many years of self-employment, I moved to ZSL e.V. together with my team. Since our move in June 2025, we have been able to get to know very reliable and competent managers.

I am dependent on assistance around the clock. The daily 24 hours are currently divided into 2 shifts. The day shift is from 08:00 - 20:00 and the night shift is from 20:00 - 08.00.

I am a friendly and open person who enjoys interacting with lots of people. In our team, we work with the kinaesthetic technique, which is very gentle on the back and does not require much effort.

I would like to strengthen my existing team with women who have both feet on the ground, are open, friendly, funny and very reliable - just like my whole team.

We are a harmonious, well-balanced team that looks forward to welcoming new colleagues. Our motto is „one for all and all for one“. Some experience in nursing would also be very welcome but is not essential.
