Administrative staff

For the area of regional open work with the disabled (OBA) „Beratung.Bildung.Begegnung.“ at our location in Erlangen, we are looking for a Administrative employee with completed training as an office management assistant (f, m, d) part-time 15-20 hours/week.

The tasks include:

  • Organization and coordination of office processes
  • Processing correspondence and documentation
  • Scheduling and management
  • Supporting the facility management in the administrative area
  • Communication with clients, relatives and external partners
  • Annual statistics and where-used list

Details of the job offer:

  • Working hours: part-time - 15-20 hours per week
  • Collective agreement: based on TVöD Bund pay scales (E7)
  • Remuneration and additional benefits: Additional payment for VL and bAV; annual special payment; 30 days vacation with a 5-day week
  • Start of activity: from May 2026


Requirements:

Successfully completed training as an office management assistant - or similar

Knowledge and skills:

  • Good knowledge of administration and office organization
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs
